There are certain crates which we re-export within `types` which creates a fragmented DevEx, where there are various ways to import the same crates.

Remove certain dependencies from `eth2`, and feature-gate others which are only used by certain endpoints.

This is done by adding an `events` feature which enables the events endpoint and its associated dependencies.
The `lighthouse` feature also enables its associated dependencies making them optional.
The networking-adjacent dependencies were removed by just having certain fields use a `String` instead of an explicit network type. This means the user should handle conversion at the call site instead. This is a bit spicy, but I believe `PeerId`, `Enr` and `Multiaddr` are easily converted to and from `String`s so I think it's fine and reduces our dependency space by a lot. The alternative is to feature gate these types behind a `network` feature instead.

After the electra fork which includes EIP 6110, the beacon node no longer needs the eth1 bridging mechanism to include new deposits as they are provided by the EL as a `deposit_request`. So after electra + a transition period where the finalized bridge deposits pre-fork are included through the old mechanism, we no longer need the elaborate machinery we had to get deposit contract data from the execution layer.
Since holesky has already forked to electra and completed the transition period, this PR basically checks to see if removing all the eth1 related logic leads to any surprises.
Update `engine_getBlobsV2` response type to `Option<Vec<BlobsAndProofV2>>`. See recent spec change [here](https://github.com/ethereum/execution-apis/pull/630).
Added some tests to cover basic fetch blob scenarios.
When we perform data column gossip verification, we sometimes see multiple proposer shuffling cache miss simultaneously and this results in multiple threads computing the shuffling cache and potentially slows down the gossip verification.
Proposal here is to use a `OnceCell` for each shuffling key to make sure it's only computed once. I have only implemented this in data column verification as a PoC, but this can also be applied to blob and block verification

By only having dependencies that are shared between multiple crates aligned on the workspace `Cargo.toml` it's easier to not miss duplicate versions of the same dependency and therefore ease on the compile times.

## Issue Addressed
CI is plagued by `AddrAlreadyInUse` failures, which are caused by race conditions in allocating free ports.
This PR removes all usages of the `unused_port` crate for Lighthouse's HTTP API, in favour of passing `:0` as the listen address. As a result, the listen address isn't known ahead of time and must be read from the listening socket after it binds. This requires tying some self-referential knots, which is a little disruptive, but hopefully doesn't clash too much with Deneb 🤞
There are still a few usages of `unused_tcp4_port` left in cases where we start external processes, like the `watch` Postgres DB, Anvil, Geth, Nethermind, etc. Removing these usages is non-trivial because it's hard to read the port back from an external process after starting it with `--port 0`. We might be able to do something on Linux where we read from `/proc/`, but I'll leave that for future work.

This switches the default slasher backend _back_ to LMDB.
If an MDBX database exists and the MDBX backend is enabled then MDBX will continue to be used. Our release binaries and Docker images will continue to include MDBX for as long as it is practical, so users of these should not notice any difference.
The main benefit is to users compiling from source and devs running tests. These users no longer have to struggle to compile MDBX and deal with the compatibility issues that arises. Similarly, devs don't need to worry about toggling feature flags in tests or risk forgetting to run the slasher tests due to backend issues.
## Proposed Changes
Allowing compiling without MDBX by running:
```bash
CARGO_INSTALL_EXTRA_FLAGS="--no-default-features" make
```
The reasons to do this are several:
- Save compilation time if the slasher won't be used
- Work around compilation errors in slasher backend dependencies (our pinned version of MDBX is currently not compiling on FreeBSD with certain compiler versions).

When I opened this PR we were using resolver v1 which [doesn't disable default features in dependencies](https://doc.rust-lang.org/cargo/reference/features.html#resolver-version-2-command-line-flags), and `mdbx` is default for the `slasher` crate. Even after the resolver got changed to v2 in #3697 compiling with `--no-default-features` _still_ wasn't turning off the slasher crate's default features, so I added `default-features = false` in all the places we depend on it.
