Michael Sproul	af90f6a496	Remove redundant is_gloas checks in reorg tests (#9529) ... Remove some `is_gloas` checks that are unnecessary in the `gloas_reorg_tests.rs`. I found myself wanting to make this change while tweaking these tests in another PR. Figured it makes sense as a simple standalone PR.
