**Motivation**

As clarified [on discord](https://discord.com/channels/605577013327167508/605577013331361793/1121246688183603240), sync committee contributions are not delayed if DP is enabled.

**Description**

This PR updates doppelganger note about sync committee contributions. Based on the current docs, a user might assume that DP is not working as expected.

Lighthouse Book

Contains an mdBook that serves as the primary source of Lighthouse user documentation.

The book is hosted at lighthouse-book.sigmaprime.io

Usage

The mdBook docs are the best source of information for building the book.

Example

  1. Install mdBook: $ cargo install mdbook
  2. Build the book, open it in a browser and build after file changes: $ mdbook serve --open
